Slim Workouts: Fitness App 2.6.2

Slim is a fitness app that offers a variety of home-friendly workout programs designed to help you lose weight. With a selection of programs to choose from, including Flat Belly, Slim Legs & Butt, Toned Arms & Breasts, Full Body Glow, and Cardio Blast, you can find the one that suits your fitness goals.

There are two ways to approach these exercises: you can mix them all into a circuit and perform them consecutively, or incorporate them into your workday in short bursts.

The app features daily workout plans with video demonstrations and descriptions for each exercise. It also offers weekly progress tracking, allowing you to monitor and measure your fitness journey. The Slim app integrates with the Health App, which enables users to import their activity data, such as steps taken, automatically.

Slim is available as a free download, but continued use requires an active subscription. The subscription costs $4.99 per week and includes a 7-day free trial period. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account upon confirmation of purchase.

During the free trial, the subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Account Settings in iTunes after purchase.
